#Scean 1 : Virtual Receoptionist (가상 안내 데스크) 

   Hello and welcome to zoom headquaters. We're excited to take you on a tour of our offices here in San jose to show you everything that zoom's been up to help our customers facilitate for that safe return to the office make the workplace exciting to usher in the future of hybrid work.

            We have our guests here ready to take them on a tour of headquarters

   What we just saw here is our virtual kiosk solution. So what we're using it for is a virtual reception use-case. Rceptionist could be in a completely separate building or floor or even in the comfort of  their own home. So we're facilitating that safe transition back to the office and with a focus on allowing people to work from wherever they feel comfortable working.

    We also have the ability to configure multiple buttons on here. So, for example, if you wanted to support different languates to route to different subject matter experts or the ability to route to differenct departments. That's all included there tons of opportunities in use cases with virtual kiosk super excited about it.

#Scean 2:  Digital Signage (디지털 광고판) 

 

   This is zoom digital signage. Just like everything we're showing you on the tour here. It is completely powered from the zoom platform and administered from that single pane of glass you can push dynamic content playlists to all of your digital signage displays throughout the entire organization for those external facing areas like lobbies you can greet and welcome guests and visitors and for all of your internal workspace area. You can keep your employees informed  updated safety protocols as well as company events in general marketing and communications

   The best part about this, as long as you have a single zoom room license in your entire subscription, there's no limit to the amount of digital signage displays that you can deploy. I have the ability to walk up to any zoom digital signage display across the organization and share content wirelesly for my own device you can take any zoom meeting or webinar and broadcast it in real time to any of your zoom digital signage displays. That is zoom digital signage.

#Scean 3:  Scheduling Display (스케줄링 디스플레이) 

 

 

John :  This is zoom room schuduling display. This gives your employees a very easy way to identify and reserve conference rooms and spaces right there on the spot. You'll notive we have led indicators here on the sides so. If I'm looking down a hallway, I can see which rooms are available and which rooms are booked. I can walk up here and I can reserve this room right there on the spot either for this moent in time or for a point in time later in the day. 

 

   다음은 줌 룸 스케줄링 디스플레이입니다. 직원들은 회의실을 식별하고 쉽게 예약할 수 있습니다. 측면의 LED는 어떤 회의실이 비어 있고 예약되어 있는 지를 복도 끝에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 따라서, 직원들은 빈 회의실로 걸어가서 줌 룸 스케줄링 디스플레이로 즉시 예약합니다.  

 

   I can even invite participants to that zoom meeting which will initiate an invitation that's sent out to them via email.

If this room is booked solid, I also have the ability to go up and reserve another room.This pulls up a real-time look at the floor plan so I can identify a nearby conference room and book that totally separate room right there on the spot.

 

   스케줄링 디스플레이에서 간단하게 참가자를 초대하고 이메일로 초대합니다. 만일 현재 회의실이 예약되었다면, 다른 비어있는 회의실을 찾아서 예약합니다. 스케줄링 디스플레이는 평면도 형식으로  예약 가능한 회의실을 보여줍니다.  

 

 

   You'll also notice I have the ability to display really important environmental information that's being captured inside of the conference room from the zoom room appliance. For example, we have the temperature being displayed up here at the top left. I can also display things like the people count or the real-time occupancy,which is very helpful. Before I even open up that conference room door , I can see if that room is filled with people and we can enforce things like social distancing and encourage employees to go ahead and take that call from a different location if we're at capacity. 

 

   또한, 줌 룸 영상 단말은 회의실 내부의 정보를 스케줄링 디스플레이로 전달합니다. 예를 들어, 스케줄링 디스플레이의 왼쪽 상단에 온도를 표시하거나 회의실 내부의 참가자 수를 표시합니다. 직원들은 문을 열지 않고도 회의실에 있는 사람들의 숫자를 확인합니다. 사회적 거리두기 조치가 시행될 때 유용합니다. 회의실이 가득찼다면 다른 회의실에서 직원들을 유도하여 사회적 거리두기를 지키도록 유도합니다.

   Let's go ahead and take a look inside the medium-sized conference room.

   So next what we want to show you is how zoom is solving for the hybrid meeting dilemma. The whole world got so accustomed to consuming our meetings in gallery view where you can see everyone equally. Regardless of who's speaking and which device they happend to join-in from.

 

   다음은 줌이 하이브리드 회의 딜레마를 해결하는 방법을 설명합니다. 사람들은 모든 참가자들을 동등하게 볼 수 있는 갤러리 뷰에 익숙합니다. 갤러뷰는 화자 또는 접속 단말에 상관없이 동일한 크기의 화면 레이아웃을 제공합니다.  

 

   That presents some challenges when you start to incorporate conference rooms full of people into that hybrod meeting experience so that's where smart gallery was born. Let's go ahead and show it in action.

   So now what we're seeing is we have three video streams coming form this single camera zoom room appliance.

That primary stream you see the whole room view. That's auto framed . So you get the context of who's in the room with me but now what we see are two additional video streams that really get up close and personal with all of the members in this meeting from the conference room the end result is delivering that more inclusive democratized meeting experience regardless of where people are working in the office or working form home. and That's smart gallery.

 

   카메라 하나를 가진 줌 룸 영상회의 단말이 3개의 영상 스트림을 제공합니다. 첫 번째 영상 스트림은 자동으로 회의실의 모든 사람들을 보여는 전체 회의실 뷰입니다. 전체 회의실 뷰는 회의실에 얼마나 많은 사람들이 있는 지는 알 수 있지만, 회의실 참석자들과 친밀감을 나누기 어렵습니다. 따라서, 두 번째와 세 번째 영상 스트림은 회의실 참가자들을 나누어 더 크게 보여줍니다. 스마트 갤러리는 사람들이 사무실에서 일하던 집에서 일하던 상관없이 동일한 회의 경험을 제공합니다.  

 

#Scean 5:  Zoom Rooms for Touch (줌 룸스 포 터치) 

 

   Here we are in a huddle space at zoom. We typically define a huddle space as two to four people in the conference room. What you'll notice is that we've standardized on all-in-one zoom room for touch.

 

   다음은 2-4명이 참석할 수 있는 회의실인 허들룸입니다. 줌은 허들룸에 적합한 올인원 줌 룸 포 터치를 소개합니다.  

   There's a microphone array built into this as well as speakers, camera, and a capacitive touch screen. You can deploy a zoom room for touch with a zoom room controller if you'd like. But the maic here is that the user interface is directly on the screen. There's all sorts of local collaboration functionality here as well as the ability to join not just into zoom meetings but other meeting platforms as well (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, GoToMeeting, BlueJeans, Google Meet)

Zoom Whiteboard

   Let's take a look at what we can do. Since it's a capacitive touch screen I have the ability to bring in zoom digital whiteboarding so. I can go in thee and change between different colors and ink weights. I can even turn on things like auto shape detection to perfect my brainstorming sessions here. White boarding is an important part of the zoom platform already.

   What ve've done here is completely redefined the zoom whiteboard experience. Let's take a look Zoom Whiteboard expericence. Let's take a look now with infinite canvas. We have the ability to collaborate across a multitude of devices 

no matter where people happen to be working both in meeting as well as outside of metings. These whiteboards are built over the course of projects and we've incorporated things like difference shapes and flowcharts and giagrams and virtual sticky notes so with simplicity in mind. We've redesigned the whiteboard experience for all users not just your power users so from simple brainstorming and whiteboarding to more advanced workflows.

Zoom Phone

   That is the new zoom whiteboard also have the ability to make phone calls directly form here. So it elimates the need to have an audio conference phone right there on the table. You can do this directly from the zoom room. The microphones are built-in. The speakers are built-in. We make it super simple for those situations where you just need to make a phone call.

 

   새로운 줌  화이트보드는 전화 기능도 제공합니다. 따라서, 회의실 책상 위에 전화기가 필요없습니다. 줌 룸은 마이크와 스피커가 내장되어 있습니다. 전화 번호를 가진 줌 룸은 전화를 주고 받습니다. 

 

Witeless Sharing

   We also have the ability to share content wirelessly so we make it very simple to go ahead and share content form your personal device up to zoom room for touch. And What's nice about this is you also still have the ability to whiteboard function. So if I wanted to go  in there and start to annotate on top of any content that's being shared I have that functionality directly on the system for those situations where I do need to join into a meeting I have the simple one-touch join experience directly on here.

Voice Commands

 

   But again in case some users are a little bit reluctant to touch anything. They also have the ability to use zoom rooms native voice commands. So I could walk right up to the system and say.

 

   어떤 직원들은 다른 사람들이 자주 만지는 제품을 만지고 싶어하지 않는 경우가 있습니다. 줌 룸 컨트롤러를 터치하지 않고 음성으로 줌 룸은 제어할 수  있습니다. 줌 룸에 가까이 다가가서 말합니다.

   So that was our huddle space here at zoom headquarters with our zoom room for touch.

#Scean 6:  Zoom Rooms Appliances (줌 룸 사례)  

   Prepandemic this exact room was integrated with a pro A/V design. We had table microphones, ceiling speakers.

Now we've consolidated all of components you need for a zoom room into a single unit.

 

  코로바 바이러스 판데믹 이전에 회의실은 테이블 마이크로폰와 천정 스피커 등을 활용한 A/V 설계를 하였습니다. 줌 룸은 영상회의에 필요한 모든 구성요소를 줌 룸 단말로 통합했습니다. 

 

Paring to a Mobile Device

 

   You provide the displays and that delivers the zoom room experience to any space including these large conference rooms that bring scalability and simplicity to any room in your entire organization with a single touch. I have the ability to pair my personal device with any zoom room allowing for that safe touchless experice. Let's go ahead and see it.

 

   대형 디스플레이는 대형 회의실을 비롯한 모든 회의공간에 줌룸 경험을 원 터치로 제공합니다. 직원들이 안전하게 터치없이 줌 룸을 사용할 수 있도록 줌 룸과 개인 단말을 페어링합니다.  

 

   Now I've been able to start my meeting directly from my own mobile device and as yo can see for the in-meeting experience everythig that I can do in a zoom room controller. I can do for my personal device so I can do things like mute the microphone on the zoom room. Mute the camera all of the functionality. That's built into a zoom room controller is now at my fingertips on mobile or desktop.

 

   줌 룸 컨트롤러에서 할 수 있는 모든 것들을 스마트폰에서 조작할 수 있습니다. 스마트폰에서 줌 룸의 마이크나 카메라을 뮤트하거나 켤 수 있습니다. 스마트폰과 데스크랍에서 간편하게 줌 룸 어플라이선스를 제어할 수 있습니다.

 

   Now this is a large conference room. While we vastly reduce the cost and complexity of deploying a zoom room into a space of this size as you can see we haven't compromised on the user experience or the quality here.

 

   여기는 대형 회의실입니다. 대형 회의실을 구성하는 줌 룸 비용과 복잡성은 크게 줄었지만 사용자 경험이나 품질은 그대로입니다. 

 

#Scean 7:  Flex Spaces (줌 룸 사례)  

 

   This is a large zoom room here. We are in an open collaboration space area at zoom. We call thses flex spaces and we started to see trends in workplace design long before the pandemic started, gearing up for return to office it's more important than ever to create those exciting workspaces that we talked about at the begining of the tour .

 

   여기는 대형 줌 룸입니다. 줌 본사에 구축한 오픈 협업 공간입니다. 판데믹 이전부터 플렉스 스페이스(Flex Space)는 사무실의 새로운 트렌드로 자리잡기 시작했습니다.   

 

   What we want to do is showcase that innovation on the audion side that makes it possible to put a zoom room in an open collaboration space area and what that does is we focus on the immediate vicinity in front of this zoom room and tune out all the noise that falls outside of that perimeter. What we're going to do is showcase this. So what I'm going to do is start to walk in this direction and as I walk over here. You're going to continue to hear me, continue to speak. I'm going to walk my way back into the perimeter and now you should be able to hear me clearly and that's how we filter out unwanted noise. That's happening outside of the perimeter.

#Scean 8:  Workspace Reservation   

   Here with zoom workspace reservation. I have the ability to bring my own personal zoom experience into any space with a simple check-in experience. Now I see all of my personal meeting and contacts on the zoom phone applicance or a zoom room this becomes my personal workstation. While I'm in here and that's zoom workspace reservation.

 

   여기는 좌율좌석 예약하는 방법을 보여줍니다. 줌 폰의 QR코드에 스마트폰 카메라에 보여주면 자동으로 줌 폰이 체크인합니다. 줌 폰 또는 줌 룸에서 개인 회의 및 연락처를 모두 연결할 수 있습니다. 체크인을 완료하면 자신만의 전용 업무 공간으로 바뀌고, 다른 사람이 사용할 수 없도록 예약합니다.

#Scean 10:  Learning & Training Spaces

   And we are in our hybrid learning environment. What we want to show case is that you don't need to deploy a complex pro A/V solution into a classroom like this. We have vastly simplified the experience by deploying an all-in-one zoom room for touch device. This device is all that you need to transform your classroom into a full hybrid learning environments. So let's take a look at how it works.

What you'll notice is the camera will always auto frame me throughout the entire space so this allows instructors to focus on what matters most which is the education in the students, and not get disctracted by the technology. Instuctors can use peripherals like document cameras to bring real world objects right into the hybrid learning experience.
